"Once on This Island" tech

Mary Bookwalter, Janice Meister, and Carol Weber are artists and friends who have for years collectively discussed and critiqued their art. They saw that their art making processes of mixed media collage and the common themes within their works as a strong basis for an exhibition, which focuses around the ideas and interactions they have with each other's artwork.

"Stream of Consciousness" an art exhibition by Giovanna Diaz Fabiani and Reba Wermeling will be on view until February 27, 2017. The exhibition features ceramics, sculpture, painting, and video projection. There will be a reception on February 24, 4:30-6:30pm.

Lister's work explores the dynamic relationships between shapes, forms, and colors. She is inspired by the natural world and the interplay between the natural world and manmade objects such as glass. Her work focuses on the moments where beauty is found in the midst of life's unending emotional demands.

We are involved members in Prof. Cramer's class working towards raising $500 for the YWCA Aurora. The YWCA works to provide social and emotional support for low-income children in Aurora schools. Their efforts help learn emotional coping skills that could be due to socio-economic factors. All of the proceeds received from donations will range from $1-$2 and will be given to the YWCA in Aurora.
